Treating Your Clients with Respect
A certain airline has been in the news recently. One of their clients refused to give up their travel as scheduled and the incident that followed was recorded and seen around the world. This is no way to treat a customer.
This particular airline has an earnings per share (EPS) of $6.85 and is valued at $69.93 currently. Its 52 week high was 76.80.
Cellular telephones are everywhere now and any incident can be seen quite easily. Your policy manual dictates procedures for employees to follow in common and uncommon situations and it is quite likely a few airlines are going to change their policies very quick.
