We are now offering full accounting and bookkeeping services to our clients. We can handle all of your accounting needs on a daily, monthly, or quarterly basis. We can also help you set up an electronic accounting system using accounting software.

Accounts Receivable
We can prepare your sales invoices and customer statements based on information you send us, or you generate invoices and statements and we'll post them to your accounting software. This service aids in your cash flow.
Accounts Payable
On a schedule determinded by you, we will send you a report of all open vender invoices. Just indicate which invoices you want paid, then send the report back.
Payroll Services
We can process payroll for you. Payroll entries include complete recording of gross wages, employer taxes, payroll liabilities, quarterly and annual reconciliation of general ledger balances to payroll returns. We will cut manual paychecks if needed.
Banking Activites
Banking, credit card, and loan accounts can be reconciled to the corresponding statements each month, and the reconciliation report sent to you promptly.
Business Filings
We can prepare your required business filings such as sales tax, business license tax, personal property tax, income tax, Forms W-2, and 1099, and various industry specific tax filings.
Bank Reconciliation
Reconciling your business checking account every month will keep your bank account, accounting, and taxes up to date.
Financial Statements
We prepare three monthly statements:

An income statement, otherwise known as a profit and loss statement, basically adds an itemized list of all your revenues and subtracts an itemized list of all your expenses to come up with a profit or loss for each month.

A balance sheet will provide your business' financial condition at the end of each month.

A cash flow statement will show you your cash receipts and disbursements on a monthly basis.
