Staff Members Bart A. Basi Carol Basi Roman Basi Lacie Henson Marcus Renwick	Roman Basi President Roman Basi graduated from Millikin University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. In addition, Roman holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University. Roman is a licensed Attorney in the states of Illinois and Florida. Roman is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. He is currently working towards obtaining his CPA license. You can e-mail Roman at rbasi@taxplanning.com. Roman’s primary duties include: Ø Meeting and Consulting with clients on legal matters including: o Mergers and Acquisitions o Tax Matters o Real Estate o Business Succession o Estate Planning Ø Drafting the legal documents used by The Center Ø Speaking nationwide, writing and researching Roman has been published in the following trade journals: Ø Illinois State Bar Association - Section on Federal Taxation Ø Productivity Ø Agency Sales Ø Industrial Distribution Ø Supply House Times Ø Distributor Link Ø I.D.A. Management Journal Roman is a member of the following organizations: Ø Illinois Bar Association Ø Federal Taxation Section Council Ø Florida Bar Association Ø National Association of Realtors Ø Illinois Association of Realtors Ø Egyptian Board of Realtors Ø Marion Chamber of Commerce Ø Marion Main Street Roman resides in Marion, Illinois with his wife and two daughters.
